The phrase, “many hands make light work” certainly has been in evidence this Easter season at COS. Beginning on Thursday, April 6th when around 25 people, some quite young and some seasoned, (and even clergy,) arrived to learn how to fold and make Palm Crosses. This festive group ended up making around 500 crosses that were passed out at our Sunday services and others were given to Prism ministries to be taken to the jails. After working diligently the Altar Guild provided a delightful lunch to reward everyone's labors. Such fun was had by all that there is talk of making this an annual event. If you missed it this year be looking for details next year. All are welcome.

Yet again many hands showed up on Saturday, April 15th to decorate our lovely church with glorious flowers and arrangements. **Notice the men in the group*** With so many people in attendance we were able to complete our decorating in under two hours—a new record!! If you were unable to attend this joyous event please try to join in next year as well.

Please accept many thanks from the Altar Guild for everyone’s support to help with the work. We are also deeply grateful for the generous financial contributions made by many in memory and thanksgiving for loved ones, family and friends.
